The Diploma in Hotel Management is a full time programme designed to give students comprehensive management and technical skills for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
Upon completion, students will gain advanced standing into Year 2 of the degree programme.*
Over the two years, students will study all major aspects of the hospitality industry such as food productions, food service and accommodation. The curriculum focuses on key competencies related to effective communication, human relations and cultural diversity.
