Student Service Officer

 

Job Responsibilities:


Managing Student Services Office

·         Assist and coordinate Student Services at RiamTec Campus

·         Liaison person with any external stakeholder with matters related to student welfare and development.

·         Assist in main event of at RiamTec (ie: briefing and ceremony).

 

Student Hub Service

·         Monitor locker, car park sticker, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities in Campus

·         Prepare electronic promotional material for department.

·         Manage department social media and digital platform.


Student Enquiries and General Enquiries

·         Attend to general and specific student enquiries pertaining welfare.

·         Assist on student feedback management.

·         Disseminate memorandum, notices, and information to students on upcoming student activities, courses and conferences for students via email / digital platform.

 

Student Enquiries and General Enquiries

·         Manage club society general affairs.

·         Plan, encourage, assist and enable students in organizing their ECA.

·         Monitor clubs’ societies activities and work with other relevant department/bodies.

·         Follow up with students on the after events report and upkeep monthly reports of student’s activities.

 

Student Enquiries and General Enquiries

·         To help in student accommodation matters.

·         To handle student insurance coverage and claims.

·         To assist on student passport/visa renewal.

·         To assist department on other related matters.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.

·         At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Able to work with minimum supervision and deal with people of all levels.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.

·         Good knowledge of internet and digital applications, networks, operating systems, security and data privacy principles.



Account cum Admin Assistant


Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Hardworking and with good attitude

·         Candidates must have minimum Accounting related qualification or equivalent

·         Preferably with 1 year working experience in accounting roles

·         Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

·         Able to work independently with minimal supervision


Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
